We are starting a new messaging system for both districts this year. It is called SchoolMessenger and has the ability to send emails, texts and voice mails for any type of school activity. This will do what our KWWL messaging did in the past however we will have more control of this system. You may continue to use the KWWL messaging if you prefer.
If you would like to sign up for this service you should text the word YES to 68453 from each wireless device you wish to receive texts or voicemails on. You will receive a confirmation in about a minute that your are signed up for SchoolMessenger alerts.
The last step is to make sure that your phone numbers and email are listed in Infinite Campus. After you login to Infinite Campus, select Family Members and you will see your families information. Verify that it is correct or make changes. School Messenger cross references this in sending out messages.
Please email Bruce Ehler if you have questions. I have received numerous calls to have the system not send voice calls and I'm able to do this for you. Thanks.
