Mrs. Torkelson

Mrs. Torkelson has been a Special Education teacher for eleven years.  She and her husband live in Elgin with their four boys.  Her husband works at Torkelson Motors and three of her boys get to come to school with her.  Theo is in second grade and Oliver is in Kindergarten.  Hayes is in 3 year-old preschool two days a week.  Malcolm, the youngest, is one and a half.  He goes to Grandma Cindy’s every day while he waits for his brothers to come home and play.  She enjoys reading, camping and hanging out with family.  She was born 8 weeks prematurely, but only had to spend 3 weeks in the NICU before coming home.

Jill Lauer

My name is Jill Lauer and I am the Middle School Secretary. I have been at NFV for 4 years. I live with my husband Chris and we have 4 kids, Garrett (22), Levi (20), Seth (17), Laci (15) and our dog Charlie. We live on an acreage just outside of West Union. My husband and two older sons run a tree and concrete business (it’s a family affair more times than not) and we farm with my in-laws as well. I love to spend time with family, camping with friends, reading, going to craft shows and rock hunting. I’m a Wisconsin girl, I hate cooking and baking, ironing clothes is therapy for me, I was in every school play from 8th-12th grade and I graduated from college with a double major in Fashion Marketing and Marketing.

Mrs. Moellers

My name is Mrs. Moellers or Ms. Steva (what people call me).  I’m a Para-Educator and it’s my 7th school year here.  I am married to Devin and my son’s name is Silas and the new addition’s due date is Valentine’s Day!  I like swimming, going on walks, being outside enjoying all our beautiful seasons, watching movies and reading on those not so nice days.
