NFV Board of Education: Julie Ahrens, Stacy Cummings, Emily Koch, Eileen
Schlawin Carolyn Roys, & LaCreasha McNeese. Marc Rue was absent

President Cummings called the Special Meeting of the NFV Board of Education to order at 5:36 p.m.

Motion to approve the agenda: Ahrens/Roys Motion Carried 6-0

The Board went into closed session at 5:38 pm per Iowa Code 21.5(i) for a mid year evaluation of the Superintendent. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Cummings, Koch, Schlawin, Ahrens, Roys & McNeese Nays: None Motion Carried 6-0

The Board came out of closed session at 7:45 pm.

The Board adjourned the meeting at 7:45 pm. Ahrens/Schlawin Motion Carried 6-0
