    1. Public Hearing on the conveyance of an interest in real property, pursuant to Iowa Code Sections 279.8 and 297.22.  The real estate includes a temporary easement located at 400 North Pine Street, West Union, Iowa (the “Property”).
    2. Accept/Reject the proposal to convey an easement interest as described in section a.
