  3. Resolution Appointing Paying Agent, Bond Registrar, and Transfer Agent. Approving the Paying Agent, Bond Registrar, and Transfer Agent Agreement and Authorizing the Execution of Same
  4. Approval of Tax Exemption Certificate
  5. Resolution Authorizing the Terms of Issuance and Providing for and Securing the Payment of School Infrastructure Sales, Services and Use Tax Revenue Bonds.
  6. Consideration of Owner Contractor Agreement
  7. Closed Session per Iowa Code 21.5(i) to conduct the Superintendent evaluation.
