  • Public Hearing on 2019-2020 School Calendar  This calendar has been shared with District Lead Team and Labor Management Committee and developed with their input.
  • Open Public Meeting
  • Public Comment
  • Close Public Hearing
  • Approve 2019-2020 School Calendar  Just need a vote up or down, we can make changes as they are requested.
  • Consider Plan for Make Up Snow Days  Just heard on the radio that the snowpack will begin diminishing this weeked, with rain more likely than snow.  Still may be a little ice, but next week is going to do some melting, so maybe this can be the last round of changes.  Details are on the 2018-19 spring Calendar.
  • Senior days  We need to waive all senior days that would occur after May 24.  That would be a total of 7 full days. At this time, we still have 1050 hours for them, which is their minimum for the year with this action.
  • Waive days  The make up plan gets a little complicated, but right now, I am asking for you to waive three days of instruction.  Our calendar called for 177 days of instruction, but we are making up 9 of the twelve as full days, 2 of them are minutes gained by cancelling Early Dismissals, and  the third is just being cancelled to keep us away from June 10, Staff will still be working their contractual days, we are working on a plan for Professional Development and other opportunities to complete their days. This will still work If we do get more weather, I’ve had 22 additional hours and June 6 and 7 to use as you see fit.
  • Establish plan and contingencies I think the snow day make up plan can be approved in one motion, addressing each of these changes, or as amended here.
  • Set Levy Rates for 2019-2020  Sue and I have documents to preview the certified budget amounts we will be including when we present the certified budget next month.
  • Approve Budget Guarantee Levy
  • Discuss archived athletic records
  • Consider Scoreboard purchase
  • Approve Algebra series
  • Board Discussion for Possible agenda items
  • Adjourn
